Finance

There are a total of six things that I am going to go over today.
The two career's I picked from the Finance cluster is an Auditor and a Personal Financial Advisor. But let's go ahead and start with the Auditor.
Auditor have a lot to do with Finance. Auditor's have to examine and analyze accounting records, they have to prepare detailed reports, they have to do all that. They have to do a considerable amount of work in little time it's crazy. Auditor's have even much more to do, like when you watch tv or youtube videos, they have to edit their stuff before they put it on anything, it needs to look professional. Whether it's just a change in the color, or sound, or maybe they want to add music in there it all takes a lot of work to be able to get the righ things on there.
Now to be able to be a Personal Financial Advisor they have to be able advise clients on financial plans, they interview clients to determine their client income. They have a lot to do with Finance as well.

Government and Public Administrative

I am going to be talking about Government and Public Administrative, since it's election day. I will be comparing two careers. Sociologists, and Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics.
Those have to do with the government of course, right? So, let's start with being a Sociologists. A sociologist and a Medical Technician are some-what similar, but have different duties. A Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics have to assess injuries, which means that they have to make sure they are doing the right thing for that certain wound, and they do it correctly. They administer first aid treatment or life support care, so they save lives practically. They have to know how to operate equipment, assist and care for others, document/record information and much more. You have to have good social perseptiveness, you have to be investigative, realistic, and enterprising. If you want to be in this feild you have to have a associate's degree, a high school diploma or equivalent. The wages in the United States is $9.70 hourly, which is $20,200 yearly. You also have to create strong relationships with your clients, you have to support them, and you have to aim high for achievement. Some related occupations that you could also look into is Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse, Fire Inspectors, Embalmers, Police Patrol Officers, and much more.
My second career choice was a Sociologist. The people in these occupations have to study human society and social behavior. They prepar publications and reports, analyze and interpret data in order. Some knowledge that they have to know is Mathematics, Psychology, and Law and Government. You have to be investigative, artistic, and social. You have to have extensive skill, knowldege, and a lot of experience. You have to have a Doctoral degree, a Master's degree, and a Bachelor's degree. The wages for the United States is $20.81 hourly, and $43,300 yearly. Some related occupations are Survey Researchers, Anthropologist, Geographers, Political Scientists and much more. Also in this occupation you have to aim high for achievement, you have to be independent sometimes, and you definiately have to have recognition. To be working in this field you need to be initiative, have to have persistence, integrity, people have to be able to depend on you, and you have to pay really close attention detail.
I hope this helped a lot! Thank you for taking your time and reading this, enjoy!

ARTS

ARTS, I picked two careers for this, like I do with every other one, and my first career would have to be a dancer, because I love dancing. So of course a dancer, has to perform dances right? Well, they may perform on stage, like myself. You could be a ballet dancer, a Soloist dancer (which means you dance by yourself), you could be a company dancer and there is so much more that you could do with dancing. Dancers have to have coordination, because with out coordination you'd be flopping everywhere, and people wouldn't want to see that up on stage or on a commercial. They also have to have speed of limb movement, which means you have to be to control how fast you can move. You definately have to have stamina and trunk strength. And as for the education on this one, you really don't need anything, you can have less than a high school diploma, but you have to have a bachelor's degree.
As for my second choice, I chose a Choreographer. A Choreographer would create a new dance routine. They may direct and they may stage present you, which means introduce you to the crowd like before or after the performance. Some skills these people have to have is, active listening, speaking, definately coordination, extent coordination, and definately originality. For the education you have to have a high school diploma and have to have a bachelor's degree.

Business Management

Today this topic is about Business Management, I am going to explain to you what the job description is, the skills they have to have, and the education they need in order to do this job.
My first choice was an Informatics Nurse Specialist. The people in this occupation have to apply their own knowledge into nursing, se technically they have to teach others. They have to have some experience with customer and personal service, they have to know how to use computers and electronics, they have to be able to read (of course), and they have to have oral and written comprehension, which means they have to be able to speak clearly and their hand writing has to be legible. And they definately have to have a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and a(n) associate's degree.
Now my second choice was a Medical Scretary. So, they have to do something totally different. The people in this occupation have to perform secretarial duties, which means they have to do surgery and stuff like that. Some skills they have to have is they have to have speech clarity, they have to order information the correct way, and they have to have good speaking skills. Finally, the education they need is they have to have a high school diploma, and you have to have a(n) associate'd degree.

Explanatory of True Colors

What my class and I learned yesterday during our speaker Sally came in is that the four colors I mentioned on my last post was some what simalar to the information I now have.
So, on my last post I explained who's what color and what des the color mean, and just stuff like that. But at the time I was just putting down what I thought the colors mean. No, I didn't mess up, I just have a better way of telling you what the colors really mean.
If you didn't already know, there are four colors, gold, blue, green, and orange. Those are four color in which each and every one of you will fit in! And you don't have to just be one color.
The gold is where you follow the rules and respect the authority, you have a strong sense of what is right and wrong in life, you need to be useful and to belong, you value home, family, and tradition, and you are a natural preserver, a good citizen, and are helpful.
If you are the blue then you need to feel unique and authentic, you look for meaning and significance in life, you need to contribute, to encourage, and to care, you value integrity and unity relationships, and you are a natural romantic, a poet, and a nurturer.
Greens seek knowledge and understanding, you live life by your own standard, you need explanations and answers, you value intelligence, insight, integrity, and justice, and you are a natural non-conformist, a visionary, and a problem solver.
And, last but not least, Orange, you act on a moment's notice, you consider life as a game here and now, you need fun, variety, stimulation, and excitement, you value skill, resourcefulness, and freedom, and oyu are a natural trouble-shooter, a performer, and a competitor.
Now that is what I learned yesterday, so comment below on what your True Color's are!

True Colors?

There are four different colors that every person is. And if you don't know what I am talking about let me explain. So as I said before there are four different colors, there is blue, gold, green, and orange. Blue is like the calm person, like they are set back and not really hyper too much. Gold is where you are hard working and you have to have a set time and date and when it should be done and is very organized. Green is like you're curious kind of, they like to take things mysteriously. And as for Orange, orange is where you are hyper, excited, always full of energy and ready to go out and take on the world.
So, I am going to name four teachers and four friends that I know, and I am going to tell you what colors I think they are, and explain why.
I'm going to do teachers first. The first teacher I am going to do, since he is my favorite, is Mr. Boyars. I think he is a blue or a green, because he is always laid back and always knows whats going on in his room at least. My ssecond teacher would have to be Mr. Thomas. I think Mr. T would be orange, because he is always full of energy when I walk into his class, and he is so patiet so I would think he is blue as well. My third choice would have to be Mrs. Hewitt, I think her color would be gold, because she is very responsible and dedicated to her work, she works really hard. And finally, my last choice would have to be Mrs. Terrell, I think she would be orange as well. She is active, fun, calm, always makes you laugh and is just a good person to be around.
So, since I am done with the teachers, I am going to move ono with my friends. I know you may not know them, but Bailey Maples, would have to be the first friend to pop up in my head, but I think she would be a blue, because she is chill, yeah she stresses but she doesn't let it get to her or anybody else, she's very calm about some things, sometimes. My next friend would be Haley Smith, she would have to be orange, because she always just wants to get out there and just go do something active, she's very adventerous. My third friend would be Mary Jane Porter, she would be mixed between blue, and orange. She is always laughing and laid back as well. Finally, my last friend would have to be Chelsee Garvin. She would definately be a blue because she is so quiet and keeps to herself but also fun to be around, she's chill.
I hope you enjoyed reading about true colors. If you haven't found your true color yet, try to find it. And if you still can't figure it out then go to www.truecolorsintl.com. You could definately find your true colors there. And you don't have to be just one, you could be mixed. Enjoy!

Learning Styles...?

There are three types of styles that people learn by. There is Visual learning, Auditory learning, and Tactile learning. I did the test and I have Auditory learning. Auditory learning is when you can memorize something better if you listen to someone give a lecture about the subject, rather than read it out of a handbook or notes. Also an Auditory learner sometimes memorizes things better if you read them out lous to yourself. I know it sounds kind of funny, but it could work, maybe not for everyone, but for a lot of people.
Another type of learner is a Visual learner. A Visual learner is where you have to see what's going on to be able able to know what you have to do, or to know what is on your next test. So you have to be able to picture it, or you won't be able to get it as well as others. That's why when you see teachers drawing out a problem, they are drawing it out for people that would rather see it drawn out.
There is also Tactile learning. Tactile learning is when you have to do hands on kind of stuff. Like when you were in elementary school, I don't know if your school did this, but my school always counted with blocks, and would do math with blocks. It helped most people, but it never helped me. But it was fun, that was my favorite part of the day when I was a kid.
Again, my learning style was Auditory. I've never really noticed that I have to listen to what is being said to be able to get what is going on. But, this means that I need to pay more attention to stuff then I usually do, because I know for a fact everyone spaces out sometime while they are in class. I always catch myself spacing out. It's like I get bored or something, I have know clue.
This impacts my learning because if I don't listen correctly, or if the teacher says something the wrong way I'll just get instantly confused. So I really have to pay close attention, and ask more questions, if I have any.
I will use this learning style later on in life by focusing on how to do the job (any job) correctly so I don't have any worries in the end. And you could do the same!
I hope you enjoyed this reading! I'll be doing more career clusters.
